How We Work with Couples:

    Our journey together begins with a 50-minute initial assessment session where we meet as a couple.   2. Individual Sessions
    After the initial assessment, each partner will have a separate individual session.   3. Ongoing Couples Sessions
    Following the individual sessions, we’ll return to working together as a couple. We’ll develop practical strategies and tools that you can use to strengthen your connection and resolve conflicts more effectively.
